GAAVANI in India

Empowering Sikh Women - A Historic Movement

More than just a platform, GAAVANI is a Movement to restore and uplift the Sikh female voice across the world as we continue to create spaces where Sikh women claim their place in our musical and spiritual heritage.  We believe in Empowerment through Kirtan, a musical journey and a divine gateway to discover Guru Nanak's treasured revelations, One Shabad at a Time.

This year, GAAVANI embarks on a historic journey to India, the land where Guru Nanak's divine mission began.  Uniting talented female kirtaniyas from around the world, this multi-city Kirtan tour will highlight the beauty of 31 raags, honor the legacy of Sikh women in Gurmat Sangeet and ignite a new generation of Sikh youth to carry forward the gift of Shabad Kirtan.

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape the future of women in Kirtan and Sikh Spirituality
