Safal is a professional development program designed to bridge the gap between Sikh students and the mentorship they need to thrive in their respective career fields. Many Sikh students and early-career professionals lack access to reliable mentors and professional development resources. Safal was created to address this need by building a community of mentors who can provide the connections, guidance, and expertise these individuals need to succeed.
In June 2025, USM is collaborating with Sikhteens to host its first Safal Summit in New York City, where Sikh youth nationwide will have the chance to network with high-value mentors and explore career advancing opportunities. The Sangat and invaluable mentorship Safal cultivates is unlike any other - for the first time in our community, Safal is revolutionizing the Sikh professional sphere, and we want you to be a part of the movement.
Your Dasvandh will help cover costs associated with hosting the Safal Summit including event logistical expenses (including but not limited to venue, lodging, food) and organization overhead costs.
