About Guru Nanak Sacred Forest by EcoSikh
EcoSikh is committed to planting 1 Million trees through our Sacred Forest Project - Afforestation, Reforestation, and (Re)development of biological diversity.
These man-made forests help meet environmental and sustainability goals. They act as natural carbon sinks that impact native biodiversity, soil conservation, help replenish the water table, conservation of pollinators, prevent soil erosion, and so on.
We plant 10,000 seedlings in 1 acre of land or 550 trees in 200 Sq. Yards of space to create mini forests in our urban or rural areas.
