By translating thousands of pages of testimonies, amplifying survivors’ voices, and identifying those who ordered and executed the atrocities, Ensaaf is making the evidence undeniable and justice inescapable.

Translations
Ensaaf is digitizing and translating ~10,000 pages of Punjabi field notes concerning ~5,300 cases of unlawful killings and enforced disappearances. Using a hybrid AI-human process, the notes are transcribed, edited, and translated into English for analysis and publication.
This work preserves vital testimonies, and builds a definitive record for remembrance, education, and justice initiatives.
Ten experts are working on this project.

Testimonies of Truth Video Archive
The video archive will feature over 150 professionally produced interviews with persecuted families, humanizing the data and preserving personal histories. These testimonies will serve as powerful resources for education and advocacy, ensuring survivors' voices have global reach.

Perpetrator Dossiers
Ensaaf is preparing eight more dossiers on senior security officials responsible for the atrocities. The analysis will track their promotions, legal cases, and abuses under their command, linking victims through the Mapping Crimes Against Humanity site.
These dossiers will enable policymakers and institutions to take action, proving perpetrators can be identified and held accountable.
