More than 30000 people will come together in Dubai in December 2023 for the Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP 28), the biggest and most powerful UN conference deciding on policies and action plans for climate change mitigation. All governments, hundreds of NGOs, businesses, academics, and others will be there, many showcasing their work, ideas, and perspectives.

The Sikh Human Rights Group as a UN Special Consultative Status NGO will be taking nine people to COP 28, including delegates from Nishan-e-Sikhi in Khadur Sahib, Punjab. We will have a stall, distribute leaflets, booklets, and USBs to inform attendees about Gursikhi's perspectives on nature, the work of our Gurus, and the work carried out by Sikhs in the field.

We Need Your Support

We need your donations to prepare leaflets, booklets, and USBs, as well as to pay for our stall, travel, accommodation, etc. The total cost will be around $25,000. We seek $12,000 from from sangat. If you thinks that Sikhs and Sikh perspective should be out there in international forums, then please support us.

Your contribution can take the Sikh perspective to global forums. Please hit the "Donate" button on this page to support us.
