The missing gap?

A high percentage of our youth are unable to express themselves, have confidence in their communication and are surrounded by a lot of uncertainty and external factors that impact how they should be, act or feel. It's easy to get swept up in fear, doubt, peer pressure or the swirl of negative emotions. However, it does not need to be an uphill struggle with the access to the spiritual sounds of Guru's Kirtan or otherwise known as Sikh Music. It is an integral part of building an empowering connection to one's inner true state.

How to fill this gap?

Sikh Music is like therapy. It has the unique ability to redirect and reframe one's attention and inner state from a place of distress to a place of peace and tranquillity in an instant. Over the years, 70% of our learners in Sikh Music have been the under the age of 16. Through the study of Sikh Music, they have shown their families and us:

  • Positive changes to their behaviour
  • A shift in their attitude and outlook on life
  • Increased confidence in their speaking abilities
  • Increased focus time
  • More attentiveness to their surroundings and their feelings
  • More trust and faith towards their spiritual connection.

We want to spread these transformations and positive changes to as many individuals as possible.

The aim of the centre?

To train students in Sikh Music to enhance their inner connection to themselves under an effective and tested curriculum and in partnership with an authorised body such as a Panjabi School or Gurdwara where students can learn in a safe and welcoming space.

A centre can be set up anywhere in the world and made up of as few as 10 students or up to 30 students

The centre will hold weekly classes throughout the year.

Where will your donations go?

Our current centres run at 50% sponsorship, where we fund 50% of the set-up and running costs, and the learner contributes 50%. By donating, you will be making it possible for us to continue to fund 50% of all centres and enable us to reach many more students as possible.

One centre costs $9000 to run trainings on a weekly basis for 10 students for one whole year.

Your donations will go towards the following:

  • Setting up of the centre
  • Running costs of the training for the year
  • Course materials and handouts for each student
  • Appointing 1-1 support to the centre from a team member
  • Providing an annual live group masterclass free of all costs to the students

The foundational impact that your donation will create?

As a supportive donor, you will be opening the door to opportunities for students to be easily trained in utilising Sikh Music to channel better inner dialogue and empower their inner world.

The seeds of universal wisdom and sacred sounds started by Guru Nanak Ji with Sikh Music will have lasting ripple effects on each learner be it spiritually, mentally, emotionally or physically.

$30 Send blessings to inspire young minds

$75 Cover the cost of course materials and handouts

$180 Support centre with an allocated 1-1 Coordinator

$900 Sponsor one student for the whole year including materials, resources and support.

We appreciate the generous donation that you choose to give today and welcome you to get involved further in our outreach and learning about the training program offered here. You can always reach out to us with any questions.

    New Online Sessions

We are pleased to share new Online sessions led by Rajinder Kaur from the UK. These sessions are available to anyone located across UK and the globe who does not have a local Centre to join and would highly benefit from learning without the hassle of travel. The group starts officially from 5th February to bond and progress together on the journey of kirtan to uplift themselves and connect to their Oneness within. We are excited to see how the next 16 weeks unfold for these students!

What happens when a Centre is set up?

A Centre allows weekly classes to be undertaken in a safe, supportive and inspiring environment.

Classes run on a weekly basis with a facilitator to help you progress step-by-step. You'll also receive a lot of fun and motivation from your fellow class members where you will build a lovely like-minded Sangat together.

New students wanting to join a class will be added to a waiting list as a new class batch. This is to support all students to receive the same level of support, guidance and lessons so no one misses out!

Want to learn? Get in touch.

Help support a new Centre by making a small donation today. It's very deeply appreciated by everyone involved.

    New Croydon Centre

A new Centre has been set up in Croydon, South London UK! If you would like to join the waiting list for the opening of the second batch intake, send us an email with the subject email 'Waiting list - Croydon'.

What are students learning so far?? Here they are memorising the notes and where to place their fingers on the Dilruba so their hands can easily flow and become second nature as they embark on their weekly lessons for the next 3months to learn a Shabad in Raag.
