SIKLIGARS: FORGOTTEN SIKHS

Your donation and support is uplifting a tribe known as SIKLIGARS, popularly known for their trademark of making keys, polishing iron work, blacksmiths etc. throughout India. From being Angootha Chaap (uneducated) your help is bringing a revolution of change among the sikligar community members

Nishkam recognized the complexity of the “migration process” – the core threat of Sikligar Sikhs’ progress throughout India. Furthermore, we underlined the need to have multiple initiatives, matching with their lifestyle needs covering regional, social and cultural specificities and got success.

Our education empowers us
Our education allows us to be in charge of our present and our future. We are supporting Sikligar Sikhs for more than 20 years across 6 states in India.

Constructing Homes for Sikligars
